My intention is to provide you with a space where you can relax, recharge and reconnect to the 'real you'
 
The 'you' that you may not have explored yet. 
 
Whether you have worked with me 1-1 already, attended a workshop or never met me before, you will be walked through tools, teaching and coaching that can help you discover a deeper connection to you.  Wherever you are starting from, you'll get closer to the inner calm we all long for. 
 
That means stepping away from that critical, mean, abusive internal voice and discovering a new way.  A peaceful way. 
 
You will have time for rest, walks, and to chill out. There will be gorgeous, healthy meals, stunning countryside to soothe your soul, and various beautiful spots around the house to just BE.
 
You arrive overwhelmed and unclear.
You leave knowing exactly what matters and what doesn't.

These are some of the questions I have been asked in the past.
Yes, of course. However both of you will need to respect that at times one or both of you may want some space to think. If you can do that, then sharing a retreat experience can be a great way to bond.
I am not going to be checking bags. However, my invitation is to leave the booze at home.. Have time without it. Give your body a break. You will be provided with great food, great company and great teachings. Why muddy the waters?
To make sure you get the most out of the weekend as possible, the first session starts as the retreat does. With that in mind, we cannot accommodate late arrivals.
The retreats are planned in such a way that leaving early would mean you missed out on something crucial. It can also be disruptive for everyone else who's there. I always work to stay on time and finish on time, but if you need to leave at a specific time, but if you need to leave at a specific time then please make sure you let me know.
All dietary requirements will be catered for. Please note that meals will be filling, hearty, vegetarian or vegan meals. I do not believe that everyone should become a vegan or veggie, but I do think that we could all do with giving our bodies a break now and again. And what better way to sample new foods than when all the catering is being done for you?
