What Makes This Retreat Different?
Most retreats tell you how to fix yourself. This one helps you stop trying.

Instead of handing you answers, it gives you space to ask better questions.

Expect:

Honest conversations that help you see thinking clearly.

No judgement — just calm, friendly support.

  Guided reflections and meditation.

Space to step away from the digital world.

Incredible food that nourishes body and mind.

  Gentle challenge without pressure.

Guests often leave with:

Clearer thinking about challenges or decisions.

Relief from the pressure to perform or please.

New perspectives on unhelpful patterns.

Quiet confidence to trust themselves.

A sense of stillness or lightness that stays with them.

Connections with people who get it.

Tools and ideas that last long after the weekend.

As your facilitator I am not here to fix you because I do not see you as broken.

I've been where you are, and I've come out the other side. I've changed my life, and I can help you change yours too.

I'm on a mission to help people have faith in themselves and replace meaningless quick fixes with authentic living.

I'm an experienced coach who's helped hundreds of people see thinking more clearly, challenge unhelpful stories, and find ease in their own skin.

These retreats reflect how I work: relaxed, thoughtful, honest. I'm here to hold the space, guide when helpful, and let you discover your own answers.
And even have some fun along the way.
Frequently Asked Questions
If you have any questions, email [email protected]
These are some of the questions I have been asked in the past.
Yes, of course. However, both of you will need to respect that at times one or both of you may want some space to think. If you can do that, then sharing a retreat experience can be a great way to bond.
I'm not going to be checking bags. However my invitation is to leave the booze at home. Have time without it. Give your body a break. You will be provided with great food, great company and great teachings, why muddy the waters?
To make sure you get the most out of the weekend as possible, We start with the first session starts as the retreat does. With that in mind, we cannot accommodate late arrivals.
The retreats are planned in such a way that leaving early would mean you missed out on something crucial. It can also be disruptive for everyone else who's there. I always work to stay on time and finish on time, but if you need to leave at a specific time then please make sure you let me know.
All dietary requirements will be catered for. Please note that all meals will be filling, hearty, vegetarian or vegan meals. I do not believe that everyone should become a vegan or veggie, but I do think that we could all do with giving our bodies a break now and again. And what better way to sample new foods than when all the catering is being done for you?
The venue was beautiful, the food amazing,
but the real value was the space to just stop
and see my thinking for what it was.

I arrived with no expectations and left
with tonnes of insights, ideas and
a totally different way of thinking.

Wow, what a journey.
In only 2.5 days I have travelled great distances and seen great sights.
Jules has been like a Marie Kondo for the soul. Like sorting through a sock drawer.
I opened up, unpacked the assorted contents, and only repacked that which sparks joy — along with new learnings and techniques to keep my 'sock drawer' functioning well.
I am leaving here with a sense of calm and stillness, a quiet certainty and
oh-so-subtle confidence that I can only describe as PEACE.
