95% of my working month when I started coaching was stressful mainly due to self-doubt and a continuous self-questioning of "am I doing the right thing". As a result of coaching sessions with Jules I have turned this on its head and would say I feel like stressed 5% of the time but this rarely due to self-doubt.
I have spent time in the last few sessions of my coaching programme with Jules, reflecting on what's changed, and to be honest, the list is long. I asked Jules for her methods to sustain these changes, but after discussing this with her, on reflection, I noticed what I have learnt, is now how I am living, and it just keeps embedding itself further and further.
I have noticed colleagues react to me differently and I am dealing with a pressurised work environment in a calmer way. I am more solution focused, whereas before I used to be lost and not know what to do.
I have a newfound freedom in that I can live "in the now", rather than focusing on what I did yesterday or what will happen tomorrow.
And that's what I would describe how I am living now, in ultimate freedom.
I'd go so far as to say that I love who I am, and I am not sure I have ever felt like this, by putting myself first I can see the benefits for others.
I am daring to be brave, which means my confidence is coming out in different new ways, and this is rubbing off on others.
I have enjoyed a relaxing holiday with the family, for the first time in years, and am exercising for enjoyment, rather than because my critical voice says I have to.
Coaching with Jules has been a game changer, and I will continue to share what I know with others and recommend Jules too.
