To be confident you have to know what you are doing and have all the answers. You need to look smart, have a topical joke to hand, and be up with all that is happening in the world. Your friends and family are perfect and reflect your greatness in all that they do.
You must show your confidence but not let others know you are confident, otherwise you will come across as big headed and arrogant.
In short, to be confident, you have to perfect and get the balance right.
That's the confusion I hear when people start talking about confidence.
They know it is of value, and important to achieve in life, but there is a fine line, and if you get it wrong you are rejected. It is game over!
Well, what if that definition of a confident life is wrong?
What if you don't have to be perfect or have all the right answers?
What if there was another way, that is more supportive both of you, and those around you?
A way where you can be relaxed and enjoy life?
The opportunity to celebrate you but not at the expense of someone else?
For the last 5 years, I have been doing a Facebook Live every Monday night. And people were asking for more - to dive deeper into topics, for more resources and affordable ways to access coaching with me.
A place for them to evolve their confidence.
To stop feeling alone and unsupported.
To be part of a community.
To remove fear and self doubt.
A place to think openly.
A space to discuss and face life's curve balls together.
And so I created Evolve Confidence...
